VerTechs' Combined Efforts to Support National Security

Raytheon Missile Systems and VerTechs have joined forces to develop Superplastic Formed Titanium parts for the new Standard Missile-3 Block 2A. In late 2014 the development began and a joint effort and has now reached the pre-production phase. This new missile interceptor co-developed by the United States and Japan launches from a Navy range June 6 as part of its first flight. – Our teamwork with the Raytheon advanced engineering team has been outstanding in reaching our goals. We look forward to supporting our national security efforts for years to come.
