VerTechs completes contract with Lockheed Martin Skunk Works

VerTechs has recently completed a contract with Lockheed Martin Skunkworks out of Palmdale California.  We have proudly delivered two sets of leading edge titanium honeycomb panels for fit up and testing for the development of a hypersonic aircraft. Phase 3 of MAI Project in the Works

VerTechs has reached phase 3 of the Materials Affordability Initiative (MAI) efforts with Air Force Research Laboratories, Northrop Grumman, Rolls Royce, Boeing and Timet. This research consists of various non-destructive testing of targeted draw depths of VerTechs patented JetAir materials. The ultimate design goal is to utilize the JetAir materials flow through characteristics for actively cooled structures. The team will move to phase 4 in early 2016.

VerTechs Enters into long term agreement to supply GE90 Centerbodies

VerTechs has proudly reached a long term agreement with General Electric to continue production of the successful GE90 Forward and Aft Centerbodies that power the Boeing 777.  Our production will continue through 2020, and we look forward to a tremendous future working alongside GE on this program.

VerTechs proudly announces the acquisition of Circlemaster, Inc.

Circlemaster Inc. specializes in providing precision roll formed rings and ring-segments for a wide variety of industries, particularly for aerospace, petrochemical and commercial applications. Our rings are used as seals stiffeners, flanges, bellows and other ring applications.  By adding this type of specialized rolling, VerTechs can now offer more to their customers and vastly improve our capabilities.  We welcome all of the Circlemaster employees to the VerTechs family.
